Sang Wan Lee (Group Leader)

Sangwan Lee received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, in 2003, and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), in 2005 and 2009, respectively. He was a postdoctoral scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2010 to 2011, and California Institute of Technology (Caltech) from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, he was awarded a Della Martin Fellowship in Mental Illness. He is currently an assistant professor with the department of bio and brain engineering, KAIST. His research interests include brain-inspired artificial intelligence and computational neuroscience.
